In 1960 in the small town of Poggibonsi, near Siena, Baldassarre Cappelli started working in a small garage creating Torneria Cappelli.
Thanks to his skill he manufactured home-made components for third parties using one of the first prototypes of hand spinning lathe. In a few years, thanks to an ever growing market, that craftsman created a small company employing skilful personnel able to continue his manual working methods.
Along with with business success, the following years also brought about the shift to a small plant: starting from sheet printing on presses and then, in recent years, integrating sheet turning with c.n.c. machines. Also thanks to the developed collaborations, today the company successfully works at national level and abroad producing client designed components.
